As our Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of the back of house, from guest satisfaction to staff training and scheduling. Your leadership will be essential in motivating, coaching, and managing our team to deliver impeccable food and unforgettable experiences for every guest.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations.
  • Creativity, passion for food, and attention to detail.
  • Food Handler Certification required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead all kitchen operations including food preparation, production, and staff management.
  • Ensure cost-effective, efficient operations while maximizing profitability.
  • Supervise, maintain, and inspect all cooking and preparation equipment to ensure cleanliness, safety, and top performance.
  • Guarantee that all dishes meet Bowdie’s high standards for taste, presentation, and timeliness.
  • Manage inventory, food purchasing, and vendor relationships.
  • Uphold strict adherence to recipes, plating guidelines, and quality specifications.
  • Oversee proper food storage, rotation, and sanitation standards.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff in cleanliness, safety, and culinary excellence.
