Job Requirements
· 4+ years of full service restaurant management in casual to upscale experience preferred
· Graduate of Culinary Academy or Serve Safe Certification is a plus
· Guest focused service mentality
· Strong Computer skills including word, excel and POS Systems knowledge
· General P&L knowledge and accountability
· Ability to build a team and develop management skills
· Must be able to facility and effective run a training program to develop new team members
· Strong culinary knowledge with emphasis on cost and quality controls
· Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
· Ability to manage a large team while delegating tasks and providing consistent follow up
· Must be able to work an average of 50 hours per week
· Must be able to stand and walk for period of length from 8-10 hours throughout a shift
