Working for one of the largest Contract Caterers in the Country, using fresh, seasonal produce, this permanent Executive Chef role involves overseeing pupil and staff dining and a range of hospitality events across multiple sites.
The Executive Chef is responsible for all aspects of food safety, H&S and COSHH, maintaining food monitoring procedures and budget control.
The ideal Executive Chef should possess the drive and passion to further enhance the food offering and lead / inspire a large team with the ability to communicate at all levels. A good knowledge of food trends is essential.
