We’re launching a new kind of oyster raw bar in Greenville, SC—and we’re searching
for an Executive Chef with the skill, leadership, and vision to bring it to life. If you’re

This is a seafood-forward, chef-driven concept rooted in raw bar
tradition, Southern hospitality, and clean, coastal flavor. Think oysters on ice, bright

The Role:
As Executive Chef, you’ll lead every aspect of kitchen operations—from menu
development and sourcing to execution, training, and culture-building. As it stands,
we’re partaking in a menu development stage and accumulating sourcing contacts to
provide a vantage point of the envisioned direction of the project. This is a creative,
hands-on role for someone ready to run a tight ship and make a lasting mark.
What We’re Looking For:
 4–6+ years of kitchen leadership experience, ideally with seafood or raw bar
background.
 A deep respect for product and sourcing, especially with oysters and seasonal
fish.
 Proven ability to hire, train, and retain a high-performing kitchen team.
 Scheduling and managing employee relations.
 Clean, precise cooking with a strong foundation in both flavor and technique.
 Familiarity with ordering, inventory, costing, and health department standards.
 Leadership that’s calm, clear, and collaborative.
