Your Responsibilities Will Include: * Leading the kitchen with confidence, precision, and inspiration * Recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing culinary team * Designing and executing a world-class scratch menu of globally inspired small plates * Managing all aspects of kitchen operations — inventory, ordering, cost control, and cleanliness * Maintaining an uncompromising commitment to quality and consistency * Ensuring impeccable plating and presentation that wows every time * Working alongside our front-of-house and event teams for seamless service    Who You Are  A culinary leader who can command the line, push boundaries, and set trends. You know your craft and are ready to make your mark.
