Description

A well-established Italian restaurant brand is seeking an experienced, passionate and innovative Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations across multiple locations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for complete oversight and management of culinary operations within our organization; ensuring quality control, menu development, employee coaching, development of corporate culture, alignment of marketing strategies with culinary vision, upholding of all corporate policies.
We look forward to hearing from career minded individuals in joining one of Toronto’s most renowned Italian restaurant brands. You must possess a proven track record of simultaneously managing multiple fine dining/upscale restaurant venues.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as an Executive Chef in fine dining/upscale restaurant(s)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Italian cuisine
  • Experience managing teams of more than 50 employees in multiple locations.
