ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead our dynamic kitchen brigade. This is a unique opportunity to shape the culinary direction of a flagship venue, crafting innovative menus and delivering unforgettable dining experiences.

The requirements are but not limited to:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant.
  • Culinary Passion: A deep passion for modern British cuisine and a flair for innovative presentation; Execution of menu that showcases creativity, seasonality, and local produce.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development; Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Acumen: Oversee all kitchen operations, expertise in controlling food costs, waste, inventory management, and supplier relations to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborative Approach: Ability to work closely with front-of-house management to coordinate events, respond to guest feedback, and enhance guest experiences.
