Position Summary We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations at Lola’s Taco Bar. This role is responsible for culinary execution, team leadership, food quality, and cost control while maintaining a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in an energetic kitchen and takes ownership of both people and product. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all BOH operations, including prep, line execution, and service standards Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff to ensure consistency and growth Oversee menu execution while maintaining Lola’s flavor profiles and brand standards Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and waste control Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards Collaborate with ownership and operations on menu updates, specials, and kitchen systems Maintain a positive, accountable, and high-performing kitchen culture Compensation & Benefits $80,000 annual salary 10 days paid time off (PTO) annually Opportunity to lead and shape a growing concept Supportive ownership and operations team How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and brief introduction highlighting relevant experience and leadership style.
