EXECUTIVE CHEF SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of experience managing a high-volume and/or fine dining kitchen
  • Strong leadership and people-development skills
  • Proven track record of managing food and labor costs
  • Passion for scratch cooking and operational excellence
