As Executive Chef at The Healing Center, you will nourish bodies, teach life skills, and play a direct role in the transformation of men and women walking through recovery. You will design seasonal, organic menus in coordination with our Registered Dietitian and greenhouse team, prepare meals that fuel healing, and lead nightly experiential teaching sessions with our clients. QualificationsWhat You Bring Minimum 3 years of culinary experience, ideally in health-conscious, holistic, or wellness-oriented dining environments Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience in a chef or kitchen manager role Working knowledge of nutrition principles, particularly with organic, seasonal ingredients and holistic dietary practices Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) or willingness to obtain it Strong kitchen management skills including ordering, budgeting, and quality oversight A heart for nutrition education and the ability to lead engaging group discussions or workshops What Sets You Apart Experience with farm-to-table, greenhouse, or locally sourced meal planning Familiarity with holistic health practices such as anti-inflammatory or whole-food diets Prior experience in public speaking, group facilitation, or wellness coaching Background working in a retreat, residential treatment, or wellness facility environment Certifications in holistic nutrition, wellness coaching, or advanced food safety
