Hotel Haven, is in search of a new, experienced Executive chef. As a Boutique Hotel, we emphasize personalized, warm and genuine service. Both our team and our guests are made to feel at home at Haven. The team is passionate about food and dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. We are now seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team.
The restaurant services at Hotel Haven include hotel breakfast, brunch, room service/Bar Haven, and M&E functions. Restaurant Haven has a perfect location for anyone who wants to organize an event or a function, from cocktail parties to weddings.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including staff management, menu planning and ensuring that the kitchen runs efficiently
  • Responsible for forecasting, profitability, inventory, monitoring & maintaining KPI’s.
  • Ensure that all chefs have the tools they need in order to prepare all dishes to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    The Executive chef reports directly to the General Manager and is part of the hotel’s management team.
    This is a permanent position with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working also in varied shifts.
