Hotel Haven, is in search of a new, experienced Executive chef. As a Boutique Hotel, we emphasize personalized, warm and genuine service. We are now seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team.
The restaurant services at Hotel Haven include hotel breakfast, brunch, room service/Bar Haven, and M&E functions. Restaurant Haven has a perfect location for anyone who wants to organize an event or a function, from cocktail parties to weddings.

• Oversee all kitchen operations, including staff management, menu planning and ensuring that the kitchen runs efficiently
• Responsible for forecasting, profitability, inventory, monitoring & maintaining KPI’s.
• Ensure that all chefs have the tools they need in order to prepare all dishes to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  The Executive chef reports directly to the General Manager and is part of the hotel’s management team.
  This is a permanent position with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working also in varied shifts.
