What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire the culinary team to deliver consistently exceptional food.
  • Create and execute seasonal and specialty menus that wow guests.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in the kitchen — no exceptions.
  • Control inventory, food costs, and labor to hit financial targets.
  • Hire, train, and mentor top culinary talent.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with FOH leadership for seamless service.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years as an Executive Chef or senior kitchen leader in upscale, high-volume dining.
  • Passion for food and unwavering standards for cleanliness and organization.
  • Strong leadership and people skills — you build great teams.
  • Knowledge of food trends, classic techniques, and creative plating.
  • Solid understanding of food safety laws and cost control strategies.
  • Flexible schedule — including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
