  • Hands on able to cook tasty traditional authentic Filipino Food, Filipino Desserts and Pastries. Understand Filipino food curture and technique, able to developFilipino Food menu.
  • Oversees Restaurant kitchen by Managing and assist other members in the food preparation.
  • Deciding what dish to serve and design the menu.
  • Determines how much food and ingredients to order and maintainan appropriate supply.
  • Know how to prepare all the traditional Filipino sauces
  • Stock control, check food quality and ensure the food storage items meet the temperature guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory of safety, quality,health.
  • Require at least 5 years experience as chef in authenticate Filipino Food Restaurant with at least 100 seats capacity.
  • Prepare to work long hours and 6 days work a week.
