Montezuma Roadhouse is an upscale-dining American restaurant owned by VIBE Concepts. Based in Denver, CO we have been in business for over 20 years serving the greater Denver area and the Colorado mountain towns and resorts. We are currently seeking a talented and energetic Executive Chef to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

What we’re looking for:

  • Creative and innovative culinary skills
  • Thorough knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
  • Understanding of food and labor cost controls
  • Proven leadership skills to achieve goals while maintaining a high standard in regards to quality and presentation
  • Proven ability to build/sustain a team spirit and high morale
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a culinary management position within an upscale food and beverage operation
