You conduct line checks/tasks list and sanitize walk-throughs utilizing Ecosure food safety programs. You oversee product purchasing and manage the culinary budget. You drive a culture of building sales through great execution and building profits by focusing on the details. You love to motivate your team through praise and recognition. You ensure teammates have the proper tools to succeed. You are familiar with ordering/inventory processing and payroll. You can identify talent within and outside of the restaurant. You like creating teammates schedules while adhering to forecasting and budgeting guidelines. Responsibilities
