Executive Chef – Luxury Hunting Lodge
We are seeking a talented and motivated Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at our premier
hunting lodge. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, professionalism, and a passion for excellence to
deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Create high-quality, seasonal menus that highlight local flavors and ingredients
- Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain the highest standards of service and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
- Control food and labor costs while maintaining premium quality
- Collaborate with lodge management to design unforgettable guest experiences
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Sous Chef in a high-end
restaurant, resort, or luxury lodge
- Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen
- Strong creativity with menu development and presentation
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Commitment to professionalism and teamwork
