Join Our Team as an Executive Chef at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown and Soprana Rooftop Cucina!  At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for an Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations at the hotel, including representing and overseeing Soprana Rooftop Cucina, a Michelin-recommended restaurant known for its elevated dining experience and exceptional cuisine. This role will oversee kitchen operations across the hotel’s dining outlets while helping deliver memorable culinary experiences for both hotel guests and local patrons. What You’ll Do: * Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation across all dining outlets, including Soprana Rooftop Cucina. * Develop and update menus that reflect culinary excellence, seasonal trends, and the unique identity of the restaurant and hotel. * Maintain food cost controls and manage inventory. * Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen staff while fostering a positive and productive work environment. * Ensure adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. * Collaborate with hotel leadership and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and seamless event execution. * Uphold and elevate the culinary reputation of a Michelin-recommended dining destination. What You’ll Need: * 5+ years of culinary management experience in an upscale and high-volume dining environment.  * Proven expertise in menu development and kitchen management. * Strong leadership and organizational skills. * Ability to handle high-volume kitchen operations. * Certification in food safety and sanitation.
