OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team here at Patsy’s Bronxville. Our ideal chef will possess a strong background in fine dining, catering, and kitchen and ordering management. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, scheduling, ordering and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

SKILLS

  • Extensive experience in the food industry with a focus on fine dining and catering.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven team management abilities.
  • Proficient in menu planning, food production, and kitchen management.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and control processes.
  • Excellent cooking skills with a passion for culinary excellence.
  • Experience in supervising staff within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
