Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with one of Northern Irelands favourite lakeside Hotels near Enniskillen and we have a great opportunity for an Executive Chef to join their team.

The role is Executive Chef position and is to lead, develop and be a role model to the brigade of 12 chefs whilst continuing to drive culinary standards within the hotel. You will be jointly responsible for the day-to-day food operation with a fantastic knowledge of kitchen management and financial acumen and be a real people person.
