DESCRIPTION

  • Design and deliver a menu of elevated gastro pub fare that reflects both sophistication and approachability.
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of culinary professionals who thrive in a high-energy environment.
  • Manage all aspects of BOH operations: food costing, inventory, scheduling, and health & safety compliance.
  • Partner with ownership and FOH leadership to align culinary direction with the restaurant’s vision and brand.
  • Cultivate a supportive and growth-oriented kitchen culture, where passion and professionalism meet.

REQUIREMENTS

You come from a strong background in corporate upscale casual dining shaping your approach to structure, consistency, and standards. You’re ready to bring that experience into a new setting where your creativity and leadership will directly shape the guest experience.

  • 5+ years of progressive culinary management experience.
  • A hands-on leader, equally comfortable developing menus and working the line.
  • Skilled in P&L management, food costing, and labor control.
  • Passionate about hospitality, leadership, and delivering memorable dining experiences.
  • Excited to live and work in a vibrant mountain community.
