JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, with a strong background in fast paced casual fine dining. You will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained. Your leadership skills will be essential in managing a diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong background in fine dining, catering, or banquet service is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and supervising kitchen staff.
  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and menu planning.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and food service management practices.
  • Experience in maintaining food safety standards and handling regulations.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
