We are seeking a visionary and hands-on leader to oversee all aspects of hospitality services at Joey’s, ensuring high-quality dining experiences for students, staff, and guests.
This role goes beyond kitchen leadership—it’s about creating memorable, nutritious, and innovative menus, mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring top-tier food standards in a dynamic residential college environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all culinary operations at Joey’s, ensuring excellence in quality, nutrition, and presentation.
  • Develop seasonal and innovative menus, catering to diverse dietary needs and modern food trends.
  • Mentor and develop a strong kitchen team, fostering a culture of training, growth, and succession planning.
  • Maintain strict compliance with HACCP, OH&S, and food safety regulations.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and procurement strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Work closely with college leadership and engage with students and faculty to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives and champion locally sourced, ethical ingredients.
