Job Summary:
As the Executive Chef at Wayfarer Restaurant you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the kitchen staff, menu development, food costs control, and menu pricing. The Executive Chef will ensure the kitchen staff are competent and developing their cooking and food-handling skills, that all food is prepared in accordance with local and state health department regulations.
