POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and a hands-on leader—skilled at crafting innovative dishes, mentoring culinary teams, and maintaining impeccable kitchen standards. You’ll have creative control of the menu while ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and food safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute seasonal menus and daily specials.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a diverse culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and supplier relationships.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Oversee compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with management on budgeting, staffing, and strategic planning.
  • Monitor kitchen workflow to ensure timely service during peak hours.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Proven track record in menu creation, cost control, and kitchen management.
  • Exceptional palate, plating skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
