Tutto Gustoso, a new Italian restaurant opening at Watters Creek in Allen, TX, is seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen. We’re bringing authentic Italian flavors to a warm, rustic setting and need a culinary leader who thrives in a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of leadership experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef (Italian cuisine strongly preferred).
• Proven success managing and motivating kitchen teams.
• Strong knowledge of food cost controls, ordering, and vendor management.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.

• Lead daily kitchen operations with a focus on consistency, quality, and presentation.
• Develop and execute authentic Italian dishes including fresh pasta, pizza, and seasonal specials.
• Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
• Manage food and labor costs while ensuring inventory and purchasing are efficient.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Collaborate with ownership on menu development, events, and special offerings.
