Looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our talented kitchen team and elevate our culinary offerings.
About the Role:
The Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of the culinary experience across our restaurant portfolio. This includes menu development, kitchen operations, staff training, food cost management, and ensuring the highest quality standards in every dish served. You will play a key leadership role, collaborating closely with ownership to evolve our brand and drive culinary innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop menus for each concept, with a focus on creativity, consistency, and market trends
  • Supervise all kitchen operations across multiple restaurants
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and growth
  • Oversee food purchasing, inventory, and cost control to meet budget goals
  • Ensure all kitchens meet health, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Collaborate with ownership and general managers on restaurant strategy, seasonal specials, and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor food quality and presentation in real-time, ensuring excellence in execution
  • Develop and enforce standardized recipes and plating guidelines
  • Source high-quality ingredients and maintain vendor relationships
  • Implement systems for kitchen efficiency and team communication

Qualifications:
 Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a reputable restaurant.
 Strong culinary skills and a passion for food.
 Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
 Excellent leadership and communication skills.
 Ability to manage and motivate a team.
 Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 Knowledge of food costing and inventory management.
 Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
 ServSafe certification required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.00 - $70,000.00 per year
