Wolfgang Puck Catering is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a multi-outlet dining account that includes a full-service café, high-quality grab-and-go offerings, early breakfast service, and an active catering program. You will bring both creativity and precision to deliver the signature Wolfgang Puck experience across a wide range of service styles. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
  • 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership in multi-outlet, high-volume operations.
  • Proven expertise in café, grab-and-go, and catering logistics and large-scale production.
  • Strong background in cost controls, P&L management, and operational efficiency.
  • A passionate, hands-on leader who embodies Wolfgang Puck’s commitment to excellence, hospitality, and culinary innovation.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees all culinary operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency and excellence in service from early morning breakfast to evening catering events.
  • Directs menu planning, seasonal menu rollouts, and recipe innovation across café, grab-and-go, and catering platforms.
  • Manages food and labor cost controls, procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships with a focus on fiscal responsibility.
  • Leads, mentors, and inspires a diverse culinary team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Partners with senior leadership and the Wolfgang Puck Catering brand team on program innovation and client engagement.
  • Ensures compliance with all safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements in a high-volume, multi-service environment.
