JOB OVERVIEW

Zakia is a modern Lebanese restaurant located in the heart of Buckhead. We are seeking an Executive Chef responsible for overseeing all aspects of the back of house operations, including staff management, inventory control, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience acting in a similar leadership role within an upscale dining restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food management practices, and inventory control systems.
  • Exceptional leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and teamwork.
