Zakia is a modern Lebanese restaurant located in the heart of Buckhead. We are seeking an Executive Chef responsible for overseeing all aspects of the back of house operations, including staff management, inventory control, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience acting in a similar leadership role within an upscale dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food management practices, and inventory control systems.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and teamwork.

  Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen functions—staff scheduling, inventory, ordering, portion control, food safety, and sanitation.
• Team Development: Hire, train and supervise all kitchen staff.
• Financial: Manage labor cost and schedule to forecasted revenues, monitor food cost and drive profitability without compromising quality.
