This is an opportunity for a visionary chef to create and execute a menu inspired by the raw power of live-fire cooking, sultry Mexican steaks, and Sinaloan sushi; where bold flavors and sophisticated technique merge seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, a deep understanding of fire-driven cuisine, and an innovative approach to menu development. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred to ensure effective communication within our diverse team.
