JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

He/She manages, coordinates and collaborates with stakeholders, including but not limited to our beneficiaries, community partners, corporate organisations and volunteers to execute our programmes. He/she is also responsible for managing communication and feedback from stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Min Diploma, with relevant experience will be advantageous.
  • A strong team-player with excellent people skills.
  • Possesses strong organisation skills
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-motivated, independent and adaptable individual.
  • Savvy in IT skills
Responsibilities
  • Communicate and work with stakeholders to build a loving and nurturing community through Life Programmes for childhood cancer survivors and their families.
  • Plan and implement beneficiary recruitment initiatives for life programmes, support groups, and community engagement activities.
  • Work on outreach and engagement programmes to strengthen community connections, increase participation, and create greater impact.
  • Plan, organize, and execute activities, community engagement events, and fundraising/awareness initiatives, including hosting educational webinars and outreach sessions.

-Manage pre- and post-programme tasks, including preparation, registration, stakeholder liaison, and evaluation.

  • Identify and collaborate with partners to develop meaningful partnerships and collaborations.
  • Work closely with the Communications team to plan, create, review, and evaluate marketing collaterals for events and programmes.
  • Conduct research, gather feedback, and track attendance, engagement, and outcomes for evaluation and reporting.
  • Manage budgets and project finances related to outreach and programme activities, including supporting grant applications and reporting to funders.
  • Support weekend events and activities when required (time-off in-lieu provided).
