REQUIREMENTS:

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and a mature team player with initiative
• Keen to learn, organised, and meticulous with strong research and analytical abilities
• Good writing, interpersonal / communication skills (proficiency in Chinese is a bonus)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Willingness to work on occasional weekends and evenings (time off in-lieu will be granted)
• Proficiency in artwork design / keen eye for design is preferred for artwork creation and adaptation

• Design and execute strategies to expand fundraising efforts, engage the public, and increase community outreach
• Lead the planning and execution of impactful community events and digital campaigns
• Manage and curate content across corporate websites and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) to enhance engagement and awareness
• Develop communication materials, including e-newsletters, appeal letters, and other donor engagement tools
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, such as funders, corporate partners, government agencies, and the public
• Oversee the production and upkeep of marketing assets, including brochures, banners, and signage
• Support the team with administrative duties for outreach to donors, clients, partners, volunteers and government agencies with the aim to meet the company’s mission and objectives
