In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Transport Services Sdn Bhd Job Description SR. EXECUTIVE /EXECUTIVE, COMPLIANCE & CERTIFICATION MANAGEMENT Job Purpose To manage the execution, monitoring, and upkeep of compliance activities for all ISO and Halal certifications at FGV Transport. Responsible for audit coordination, compliance assessments, regulatory inspections, and NCR follow-up with Business Units. Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor IMS compliance programs, objectives, and KPIs for all certifications. Conduct and update Evaluation of Compliance (EOC) and coordinate the collection of evidence from Business Units. Lead preparation and readiness for certification audits, customer audits, Halal audits, and regulatory inspections (APAD, DOSH, DOE, JPJ, JAKIM, etc.). Act as liaison officer during audits and regulatory inspections. Track NCR, OFI, and Corrective Action closure across Business Units and ensure timely follow-up. Conduct periodic compliance checks and monitor legal and regulatory obligations. Coordinate and execute IMS programs including HIRARC, Aspect & Impact, RTSMS monitoring, and Halal Assurance System (HAS). Prepare compliance performance reports and dashboards for management. Conduct compliance-related briefings and awareness sessions for Business Units. Compile and present compliance data, performance results, EOC updates, NCR status, audit summaries, and regulatory findings for Management Review Meeting (MRM). Coordinate evidence, statistics, BU inputs, and compliance performance indicators required for MRM reporting. Technical Competencies Technical Area Description ISO Compliance Management Strong understanding of requirements for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 39001 and Halal. Audit Coordination & NCR Management Skilled in preparing for audits, managing NCR, and ensuring follow-up. Regulatory Compliance (APAD/DOSH/DOE/JPJ/JAKIM) Knowledge of industry-specific legal requirements and evidence needed. Risk & Compliance Monitoring Ability to monitor performance indicators and compliance programs. EOC (Evaluation of Compliance) Capable of performing compliance checks and evidence verification. Report Writing & Data Tracking Strong in preparing compliance reports, dashboards and follow-up records. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in OSH, Environmental Science, Business, Engineering or related field. 2–3 years experience in compliance, ISO auditing, or certification coordination.
