Executive – Compliance & Risk Management (Based at Silueta, Biyagama) Silueta (Pvt) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of MAS Holdings, specialises in no-sew bonding technology and advanced thermal moulding capabilities. Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Silueta team as an Executive – Compliance & Risk Management. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to facilitate the continuous maintenance of required international, national, customer, legal and ethical standards within the plant in order to meet social and product compliance requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure all employees are educated effectively on health and safety procedures Create awareness by conducting training programs, placing posters to create awareness Provide safety briefings for visitors in order to promote Occupational Health and Safety Ensure that all equipment within the factory compound is in conformance with the safety standards and general maintenance is done periodically Ensure that all equipment within the factory compound is in conformance with the safety standards and general maintenance is done periodically Implement and sustain projects (e.g. EHS and Ergonomics WRAP, IPS, Nike etc.) as a member of the Social Compliance project team Ensure the maintenance of all social compliance, safety, health and environment related documentation/ filing is in order Liaise with relevant institutions to monitor the changes/ amendments in laws, education relevant personnel about such changes Implement, monitor and sustain world-class standards/ practices pertaining to Industrial Safety in all areas such as personnel machinery and social, in co-ordination with the relevant departments thereby, maintaining a safe work environment Heading the ESH committee to ensure that ESH standards are maintained KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree in Human Resources Management / Occupational Health Knowledge in Human Rights ISO Standards 2-3 years of work experience in a similar
