Description

Job description * Supervise tablet compression operations as per production plan. * Operate & monitor compression machines such as Fette, Cadmach. * Ensure achievement of shift targets with minimal downtime. * Perform in-process checks (weight variation, hardness, thickness, friability). * Maintain BMR, equipment logbooks, and other GMP documents. * Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines. * Handle machine setup, changeover, cleaning, and troubleshooting. * Coordinate with QA for line clearance, deviations, and audits. * Train and supervise operators and production staff. Skills: * Strong knowledge of tablet compression process (OSD). * Hands-on experience with compression machines. * Good understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements. * Troubleshooting & problem-solving ability. * Leadership and team management skills. * Documentation & audit handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

Supervise tablet compression operations and ensure shift targets are met while maintaining strict adherence to cGMP and safety guidelines. Coordinate with quality assurance for line clearances and manage equipment maintenance, documentation, and staff training.
