JOB DESCRIPTION

SINDA seeks a highly motivated and creative individual to join the marketing team as a Content & Digital Marketing Executive. This role includes implementing digital efforts, managing digital platforms to drive optimal adoption of SINDA’s programmes and planning and producing marketing content.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications/Digital Marketing/Videography, with at least one year of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software)
  • Fundamental understanding of SEO and SEM
  • Have a good aesthetic sense and can produce content on demand
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Tamil, and capable of content in both languages
  • Required fortitude to sustain long-term projects
  • Flexible in working on weekday evenings and weekends and in outdoor settings, when required (will be compensated with time off)
  • Able to participate in SINDA-wide events, when required (will be compensated with time off/ Off-in-Lieu)
    This is a 2-year contract position, convertible to a permanent role subject to performance and divisional requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Marketing content generation, with a focus on video production
  • Cultivate a strong social media presence with engaging content to promote a positive perception of the organisation and ensure adoption of programmes and services
  • Create on-demand, engaging video content for social media platforms
  • Contribute to content creation for the website, social media channels and EDMs
  • Produce or coordinate the production of engaging marketing video content
  • Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing video content material with vendors
  • Identify trends and opportunities for social media platforms
  • Digital marketing and maintenance of digital platforms
  • Support digital marketing strategies for the organisation
  • Support the management of the organisation’s website and plan and implement related projects
  • Respond to and troubleshoot website issues
  • Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information
  • Create appropriate website content, aligned with the organisation’s strategy
  • Identify ways to improve the digital user experience
  • Measurement of content marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and measure content marketing campaigns
  • Compile reports of content performance and results
  • Improve new content using data and feedback
