[What the role is] This Executive supports the administration, operations and business development in the Continuing Education Training (CET) office in areas such as programme administration and logistics support for CET programmes for CET programmes, financial reporting, handling and planning of facilities resource for CET programmes and system administration and onboarding. [What you will be working on] Programme administration for CET programmes (admissions/evaluation/enrolment) Provide a range of administrative support to ensure successful onboarding of CET learners for all Adult CET, SkillsFuture courses and customised programmes Evaluate the applicants by reviewing the qualification and work experience of the applicants Provide administrative support to learners Handle admission related matters for all CET programmes Attend to student queries on admin, finance, course and course application matters Coordinate with Corporate departments on admission and enrolment matters Coordinate and submit course approvals to SSG Effective administration of CET programmes (include student servicing, enrolment, exam administration, programme information system support, finance, and logistics function) Drive, support and coordinate business development & outreach events/projects, including virtual webinar/roadshows & marketing of the programmes to the respective target markets, and maintain and update CET-related webpage and microsite. Logistics support for CET programmes Arrange and manage all logistic matters that includes course preview, entrance test, graduation, certificates, etc. Plan and arrange logistic requirements, and securing of event venue for all CET events, classes and exams Support Skillsfuture roadshows and outreach events including Alumni & Career Fairs Support overseas trips including planning and chaperon learners on educational trips abroad Financial Reporting Monitor finance and expenses within budget /marketing fee for CET courses Consolidate and submit finance report upon completion of course Verify disbursement of grants for WSC (Work Study Certification/Diploma) programmes Attend to any other ad-hoc finance related submission and reports Prepare budget for new courses including customised programmes Handle and Plan facilities resource for CET programmes Plan and map facilities for CET programmes before commencement of semester Book venues, check and verify for clashes of facilities Plan and arrange venue in time for the carrying out of e-assessment /entrance test STEP administration/ onboarding Setup course details and timetable in STEP system Register and onboard learners in STEP system Raise service tickets for issues that learners encounter [What we are looking for] Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing or related discipline Conversant in MS Office suite Proficiency in Excel skills Track record of at least 1 year in continuing education or related BD work experience preferred Strong communicator, service mindset and interpersonal skills Possess problem solving skills, adaptability and innovative mindset Sound sense of purpose and passion for working with youth & adult learners Strong Administrator and possess a meticulous mindset to track learners’ attendance, fund monitoring/tracking and disbursement of SSG/MOE grants and monthly reporting to both internal / external regulatory bodies http://jobs.careers.gov.sg The Singapore Public Service plays a key role in the economic growth, progress and stability of Singapore by formulating and implementing government policies, as well as providing key public services.
