In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Johor Bulkers Sdn Bhd Job Description Prepare, check, and organize contract documents and agreements. Maintain proper filing systems (hardcopy and electronic) for all contracts. Monitor important dates such as contract deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements. Assist in preparing contract drafts, reports, and presentation slides. Update and maintain contract records and databases. Prepare and review simple letters, memos, and emails for the entire FJB Group. Support meetings (arrange, take minutes, and follow up on action points). Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on contract-related matters, including in/out letters and documentation. Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Strategy team. FGV is always on the lookout for talents who are able to contribute positively to the Group. As the Group becomes more diversified, more skill sets from various fields are required to complement, support and implement its plans.
