An exciting opportunity is available at the Executive Coordinator in the Regional Director’s office, South-Western Victoria Region.
This position can be based at one of the following regional offices: Footscray, Belmont, Ballarat, Keilor, Horsham or Warrnambool.
The Executive Coordinator role requires a deep understanding of the department, as well as providing valuable insights or recommendations to support the Regions objectives. The position plays a lead role in supporting knowledge management and coordination across all Area and Divisional Executives. The role requires discretion to maintain confidentiality and positive working relationships.

Key functions include:

• Leadership and management of key governance arrangements for Regional Executive Team and whole of staff meetings in liaison with the Executive Assistant.
• Researching and distributing key information to support Regional objectives, and ensuring the strategic alignment of activities across the Region and relevant Central Groups
• Knowledge and information management
• Quality assurance and streamlining feedback on Ministerial briefings and correspondence to teams
• Coordination of reporting and other requests across the Region and Department
• Liaison with the Deputy Secretary’s Office, SRS, Minister’s Office and other Executive Coordinators
• Preparing, correspondence and other communications on key activities and priorities as required by the Regional Director in liaison with the Executive Assistant.
