About us Based in South Yarra, Roadshow Films is a leading Australian media and entertainment company operating across movie and television production, and film, TV and digital distribution in Australia and New Zealand. About the role We are seeking an experienced Executive Coordinator on a part time basis (30 hours per week, spread over 4-5 days) to provide high-level, professional and confidential support to our Chief Operating Officer and broader Executive team. This role will see you: • Provide support to the Chief Operating Officer, including diary management, meeting coordination and travel • Coordinate Executive and senior leadership meeting requirements • Provide administrative and coordination support for quarterly town halls, monthly business updates and other team events • Act as a key point of contact for Executives when leaders are unavailable • Arrange domestic and international travel for Executives • Assist with the preparation, formatting and coordination of presentations • Support general office and administrative needs for the Roadshow Films team, such as processing expenses, organising couriers and mail About you You are a highly capable, proactive and detail-oriented executive support professional who enjoys working closely with and being a trusted support for senior leaders. The key skills and experience we are seeking include: • Significant experience (typically 5+ years) providing executive or senior leadership support • Exceptional organisation, planning and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and anticipate executive needs • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising with senior executives, internal stakeholders and external partners • Demonstrated discretion, sound judgement and professionalism when handling confidential information • High attention to detail and a strong quality focus, particularly in presentations and correspondence • A high level of initiative, self-motivation and flexibility • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
