REGIONAL CREDIT EXECUTIVE- SOUTHERN REGION Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC, a subsidiary of Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC, incorporated on 19th April 2004, is licensed by the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the Finance Business Act No. 42 of 2011. We invite applications for the Southern Region. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- JOB PROFILE * Evaluate credit proposals and ensure alignment with company credit policies. * Monitor branch operations and provide support within the assigned region. * Conduct field visits and portfolio reviews to maintain portfolio quality. * Approve credit facilities within delegated authority limits. * Coordinate with branches to ensure proper documentation and process compliance. * Minimize non-performing facilities through proactive monitoring and intervention. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CANDIDATE PROFILE * Age below 30 years. * An academic record including the successful completion of GCE A/L. * A degree/part or full qualification in Credit Management, Banking, Finance, or related fields would be an added advantage. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in credit operations, credit evaluation, or branch operations. * Sound knowledge of leasing, hire purchase, and personal loan products, as well as credit procedures. * A dynamic and results-oriented individual with good analytical and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and willingness to travel within the assigned region. * Proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage, particularly for the Northern region. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The above position comes with an attractive remuneration package, including fringe benefits stipulated by Singer Group.
