JOB DESCRIPTION
Expense & Reimbursemenet Management
Allocate crew related expenses by vessel and project.Verify invoices and record them in the accounting system.
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate closely with Manning agent, Finance and Vessel management group.Any our task or project related to the role
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Polytechnic diploma is preferred, High school (A Levels or NITEC equivalent) or O Levels will be considered.
Past Working Experience: Basic accounting knowledge is essential. Prior experience in Maritime or crewing operationsxperience in working within a multicultual and experience in an international team environment is an advantage.
Basic Skill: English, Literate in Computer & MS office Applicatio
