# Preparing required data as per customer requirement prior to customer inspection being carried out . # Coordinating with customer and internal team for inline inspection, pre dispatch inspection, and lot clearance. # Providing effective supervision towards obtaining MDCC from customers and ensuring timely payment flow. # Drive a performance driven culture in the organization by timely monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members. # Contribute towards development of talent for the function by providing subordinates with adequate exposure and growth opportunities to enable readiness for higher roles. # Providing timely MIS reports to customers with respect to Inspection. # Supporting customer service team in resolving complaints. # Manage External customer audit/ PDI audit/product certification audit/ IMS audit .

Responsibilities

This role involves preparing data for customer inspections, coordinating various inspection types (inline, pre-dispatch, lot clearance), and ensuring timely payment flow through MDCC acquisition. The executive will also drive performance culture, develop subordinate talent, provide inspection reports, resolve customer complaints, and manage external audits.
