Key Responsibilities :  · Achieve agreed revenue targets from assigned customer portfolios. · Develop and grow business by penetrating new programs, styles, collections. · Liaise with the customers and sort out issues to build long lasting relationships & long-term plans for each customer. · Ensure smooth flow of orders in order to deliver goods on time.  · Ensure on time collections from customers and frequent follow up in order to manage working capital. · Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management.   Qualifications & Experience:  · Degree in Marketing/Management or a professional qualification in SLIM/CIM. ·  Experience in similar job role will be an added advantage. · Experience in SAP will be an added advantage. · Sound communication and Negotiation skills. · Advanced Excel skills/ Analytical skills. · Highly self-motivated with a curiosity to learn. · Result oriented with  a can - do- attitude to work.
