Executive - Cutting - Operations (BASED AT JORDAN) MAS KREEDA, is a division of MAS Holdings, exclusively producing high-performance sportswear for Nike. With manufacturing facilities in Jordan, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka, MAS KREEDA delivers a competitive edge by offering quick market access and ensuring top-tier quality control. The division's product range includes Bodywear, Knit, Fleece, Tees, Woven, Sweaters, Engineered Knit, and Bras, showcasing its diverse expertise in sportswear manufacturing. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to manage the cutting floor and ensure the daily cut loading plan is achieved in a timely and effective manner whilst, facilitating the effective use of the SAP system at the plant by assisting in monitoring and guiding SAP users in order to ensure adherence to same. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate daily targets to the table leaders and monitor the progress of same. Ensure the availability of fabric and other resources to execute the plan. Check absenteeism and carry out man power balancing as required. Coordinate with other teams and departments and resolve day to day cutting issues. Monitor cutting efficiency, PTP and cutting FTT and Hourly follow up targets in order to ensure the cut plan is achieved in a timely manner whilst, maintaining quality standards for same. Coordinate with the core SAP team, ensuring all transactions are performed accurately. Follow-up and ensure write-offs are entered into the SAP system in a timely and accurate manner Provide relevant information whilst, acting as a point person during stock counts. Identify opportunities and implement relevant action to improve the productivity and effectiveness of the cutting department. Lead, direct and motivate the team, monitor performance and provide feedback whilst, taking steps to develop the skill levels of Team Members by providing relevant Trainings. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree in Textile and Apparel or Garment Manufacturing. 2 years of experience in similar field. SAP Knowledge. English Proficiency. IT Literacy.
