Description

We are looking for an Executive Design who can support end-to-end project execution through strong drafting, BOQ preparation, costing coordination, and cross-functional follow-ups with Factory and SCM. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically sound in AutoCAD, and comfortable working on SAP for quotations and order processing. Key Responsibilities BOQ Preparation & Cost Coordination Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for doors, kitchens, and interior fit-out works Coordinate with the costing team to ensure accurate and timely cost evaluation Maintain BOQ accuracy and updates as per revisions and site changes AutoCAD Drafting Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings for doors, kitchens, and interior fit-out works Prepare shop drawings, production drawings, and installation-ready layouts Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and internal standards Quotation & Order Processing (SAP) Prepare quotations in SAP based on finalized drawings and BOQs Generate sales orders / work orders and ensure correct coding and documentation Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for approvals and order confirmation Layout & Schedule Planning Develop layout drawings and assist in project planning coordination Support project scheduling through tracking milestones and deliverables Manage revisions and ensure timely updates to drawings and schedules Factory & SCM Coordination Coordinate with Factory and SCM teams for materials, production planning, and dispatch Ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and resolution of coordination issues Support follow-up on production timelines and site delivery requirements PowerPoint Presentation Skills Prepare professional presentations for internal reviews and client updates Summarize project progress, designs, layouts, and key decisions in PPT format Strong command on AutoCAD (2D drafting and detailing) Practical exposure to BOQ preparation and coordination with costing teams Experience in SAP quotation creation and order processing (preferred) Good understanding of interior fit-out works, doors, kitchens, and related detailing Strong coordination skills with Factory, SCM, and cross-functional teams Excellent communication and documentation skills Strong PowerPoint skills (presentation structuring, visuals, summaries)
