About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Executive to join our Digital Delivery team at RHB Singapore. In this role, you will support the implementation of digital innovation strategies aligned with our business objectives. You will work on increasing digital engagement through data-driven initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the scalability and reliability of digital solutions. This position plays a key role in transforming retail digital channels into revenue-generating platforms while enhancing operational efficiency. What you will be doing Support the implementation of digital innovation strategies to drive active user engagement through onboarding, retention, and reactivation programs. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and external partners for successful project delivery. Enhance and transform retail digital channels into revenue streams via effective campaigns and innovative service models. Participate in digital projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to functional and technical requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals effectively. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve application downtime incidents promptly. Stay updated on regulatory requirements for retail digital platforms and implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard the Bank and customers. Ensure compliance of all digital solutions with local regulatory standards. What we're looking for Good understanding of digital project management and innovation strategies.
