To join our Group, please visit https://careers.accor.com/ Job Description As the Digital Marketing Executive at Grand Mercure Dubai City & ibis Styles Dubai Airport, you will be responsible for planning and executing the hotels’ digital marketing and e-commerce strategies. Your role will focus on boosting performance across direct and indirect online channels, strengthening brand presence, and enhancing digital guest experiences, all while aligning with Accor’s commercial goals and digital guidelines. You will also play a key role in supporting the hotels’ B2C business mix and driving awareness and engagement for the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program. Key Responsibilities Assist in executing the hotel's digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels. Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Revenue Management, PR, F&B, and Corporate Marketing) to support commercial and promotional initiatives. Help implement quarterly and yearly e-commerce plans for direct and third-party platforms. Manage day-to-day digital marketing activities including social media, paid media, SEO/SEA, email campaigns, display advertising, influencer partnerships, and Metasearch. Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyzing KPIs to provide insights for optimization. Support content creation and ensure brand-consistent messaging across social media and digital platforms. Assist in CRM activities and manage third-party email marketing tools in coordination with hotel departments. Support revenue optimization by helping monitor rate parity and pricing accuracy across online channels. Contribute to digital campaigns promoting Accor's loyalty program (ALL - Accor Live Limitless) and targeted guest communications. Ensure content accuracy and conversion performance across OTA platforms. Assist in managing the hotel's online reputation on review sites and social media platforms. Conduct competitive benchmarking and basic market analysis to support digital marketing initiatives. Identify digital trends and insights to help improve engagement and performance. Coordinate with digital agencies and external vendors for campaign execution. Stay informed about emerging digital technologies and suggest potential adoption when relevant. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce, preferably in the hospitality or retail sector. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. Good understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, analytics, and platforms. Practical experience with content marketing, CRM, paid advertising, and social media management. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to build positive relationships. Analytical and creative mindset, eager to learn and adopt new trends in digital marketing. Proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
