Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, Digital Marketing, or in a related field 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Campaign Experienced in managing campaigns for brands Good understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals (paid ads, funnel, targeting, and KPIs) Familiar with or has hands-on experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and Google Analytics/GA4 Able to analyze data and derive insights from campaign performance Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines. Eager to learn and keep up with the latest digital marketing trends. Job Descriptions: Execute digital marketing campaigns for Archipelago and all brands under Archipelago in accordance with approved briefs and timelines Execute and support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic performance tracking Manage & run paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc) Plan, set up, and optimize digital campaigns (awareness, traffic, and conversion) Monitor campaign performance regularly to ensure targets are met, including collecting, analyzing, and interpreting campaign performance data
