Autumn Trace of North Vernon is searching for a new Executive Director. This person will work with all department heads to lead our team in providing the highest quality experience in senior living to our residents through compassion, culture and care. The Executive Director will also drive outreach and sales/marketing efforts and is accountable for occupancy. Therefore, a strong background in sales and marketing is highly desirable.
However, a person with a passion for service and success who has a desire to learn and instill the culture of Autumn Trace in daily operations is also a desirable candidate. As a company, we pride ourselves on coaching and teaching leaders with different backgrounds as well.
