  Your Role as the Executive Director / Administrator
  Americare Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Executive Director / Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our Assisted Living Community / Residential Living Community. In this rewarding role, you’ll be responsible for creating a warm, nurturing environment that enhances the quality of life for our residents and our employees. As an Administrator, you’ll oversee all aspects of community management, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Leadership and Management: Lead with a resident-first focus, prioritizing compassionate care and staff development to foster a nurturing environment.
• Team Collaboration: Cultivate a culture of teamwork and open communication among all staff members to ensure exceptional care and support for our residents.
• Commitment to Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of care, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement to deliver the best senior living experience possible.
• Fiscal Management: Develop and oversee the facility’s budget, monitor expenses, revenue, and occupancy rates, and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures and revenue growth.
• Community Engagement: Build trusting relationships with residents and their families, foster a sense of belonging, and engage with the local community to promote the facility’s commitment to senior care.
• Staff Recruitment and Development: Hire, train, and lead a dedicated team of caregivers and support staff, ensuring high standards of service and care.
• Operations Coordination: Oversee and coordinate medical, nursing, and administrative activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Facility Management: Manage building improvements and equipment upgrades to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
• Policy Adherence: Adhere, and enforce policies that uphold a high standard of care and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
